ALIVE Retreats

At ALIVE, we believe

there is a natural intelligence in your life force — one that seeks healing, deep connection, unfolding and meaning. Emotional burdens, limiting beliefs, and societal conditioning can hold it back.

Our retreats offer impulses to melt these blockages in an approach that combines Western psychology, Eastern contemplative practices, ritual, embodiment and art.

In this space of safety and authenticity, your inner fire is reignited. Transformation happens naturally—unlocking new possibilities, deeper relationships, and a sense of aliveness.
